Refund & Return Policy
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you're an EU consumer, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no reason needed. To exercise this right, contact us at bapkacoco@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your notice, we'll confirm the return process with you.
You have 14 days from notifying us to send the item back. We'll refund your payment, including standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof you've sent it — whichever comes first.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or wrong, contact us at bapkacoco@gmail.com within 30 days with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund, your choice, at no cost to you.
